I have a soon to be ex husband that is on felony probation for 10 years (injury to a child). He violated probation with another injury to a child misdemeanor charge (failure to report). He owes over $13,000 in child support to 3 different women and only $1200 to me. He has court coming up on June 9th and his court papers state that they have filed a motion to revoke probation (child support). Will he be going to jail and if so doesn't that mean he will get in more trouble with his criminal probation?
By the way we are in Texas

He can't pay much child support from behind bars. It would seem extremely misguided for the court to put him in jail, wouldn't it? But that does happen, incredibly.

OP has asked this same question three months in a row - March, April and May. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/criminal-law/will-violating-felony-probation-misdemeanor-send-ex-husband-prison-tx-560750.html; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/criminal-law/will-another-injury-child-charge-send-estranged-husband-back-prison-570203.html
These should be combined.
