What's your cousin's definition of "having a boyfriend"? What does that mean?

Are you older or young than your cousin? By that, I'm wondering if you've had a boyfriend or two and are worried about what your cousin might be getting into when she's too young to handle the emotional stuff.

The definition of having a boyfriend can be anything from talking to each other at school and maybe helping each other with homework to extreme physical behaviors like lots of kissing, etc.

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedback/using-comments-feature-24951.html

When you post a question on a site like this, it is often necessary to ask for more information to give you a good answer.

In my opinion 11 is too young to be dating. Children can start hanging in mixed sex groups when they hit 13. One on One dating should wait until 14.

But children today try to grow up too fast. They may refer to someone as a boy/girlfriend who really isn't in the traditional sense. So come back, apologize to Wondergirl and give us enough info to help you.
