What is the maximum distance a 2400 watt load can be located from the 240 volt source if it is to be fed with # 8 copper conductors

Are you taking some sort of test?
What is the required voltage and amperage at the load?
What type of insulation is on the cable?
Is the cable copper or aluminium?
Let's see, you know that you have a 240 V requirement, correct.
You can determine the amperage from the information you have.
