What is the big lump on my vaginal area?

Can you please be a bit more descriptive?

When did you first notice it?
What color is it?
Exactly what are of the "vaninal area" is it in?

This is the third one I've had, they come and go. Same color as my skin. It is in the pubic area, off to the side. Is there fanything I can do to help the pain and have it go away faster?
