You are not allowed to use the telephone but you have computer access?

You're a married woman. Contact your husband or send someone a message and ask that person to tell him you are under "house arrest."

Or contact the Police.

Then contact the authorities - you have two choices here. Abandon your marriage or abandon your parents. The phone was taken away so you would have no outside contact but you have computer access?
