I know the positions but I can't remember where all the players are allowed too go on the court, does anyone know?

GK - is only in the 1st 3rd
GD - 1st and 2nd 3rd
WA - 1st and 2nd 3rd but not the D's ( semi circles )
WD - 1st and 2nd 3rd but not the D's ( semi circles )
C - everywhere accept the D's ( semi circle )
GA - 1st and 2nd 3rd
GS - is only aloud in the 1st 3rd
