First I like to say thanks for taking my question and helping me out,, the problem is when I fush the toilet it rise up like its going to overflow then it stop and slowin drain down all the way but not taking everything with it, I plunger, I snake it and still the same outcome,, I look in the bowl when I fush and its seem like water coming in to quick back to fill it up and the toilet not having that last power to suck it up,, how do I get that power back to suck everything back up,, I have a 4 bedroom flat 2bath in Texas in just the 1 toilet in the master just start acting like this, and the other one act up every now and then but nothing that a plunger can't take care of,

You have some type of blockage in the toilet or in the drain. You may have to remove the toilet and feel for something in the toilet or power snake the line.

If proper plunging doesn't help then a toilet auger is next. Then, if that doesn't help you take up the toilet. This could also be a clogged vent stack so rodding down the vent may eventually come into play. Toilet auger first, then pull the toilet and rod it. If all that fails then we can talk about rodding the stack. You would most likely need to rent a electric power auger, path of last resort
