Do not get involved with a man who is dating another woman. If he wants to go out with you rather than her, he has to break it off completely with her first.
Do you really want to be The Other Woman?

Exactly what Eileen said. There is no winner in this situation. In fact you will look like the home wrecker if he should decide to stay happily ever after with her. At this point your feelings for him need to be put on the back burner and you need to find someone single.
I can tell you a few things I have noticed in relationships and affairs. Which is what he is doing. If he is complaining about her he will have the same complaints about you eventually. When the honeymoon is over you will be no better then her. Of course he is going to tell you all her faults because he is cheating, he wants you on the side. If she were perfect and they lived in a perfect world would he want you or want to leave her? Have you wondered why she is nagging and maybe she has good reason? You have no idea what her side is only what he tells you.
Before you get involved in a triangle that always ends in heartache step back and leave him alone to his own troubles.

I don't understand what advice you are asking for.
Should you go? Should you stay? You say he was dating someone. Is he dating both of you now?

Well, you should just make sure that his feelings are real for you and that he's not willing to keep the relationship with the other going. I've learned a lot about these things through free local dating sites, I don't advise you to take risks when feelings are involved. Good luck!
