I have been to several dr offices and no one will see me because I am too close to delivering. I would like to know for sure when I am due and really need to know what it is so we can plan. I do not have family nearby so I would not even have a way home from the hospital, I need to be able to tell someone when to come in town to help get me home and all. Is there any way to have an ultrasound or what type dr should I look for? Can they really refuse to see me?

You've had no medical care during the pregnancy? I'm guessing most doctors wouldn't want to step in at this point.

I will PM our resident nurse who will give you a more accurate answer.

At this point, most Doc's would tell you that an ultra-sound would be inaccurate at best. Even if you had one, if you suspect that you are due in June, an ultrasound wouldn't help you more than that. All you can really do is to have a friend be prepared and on call at this point, or plan to cab home form the hospital (many hospitals can provide a voucher for this is finances are an issue)Out of curiosity, why haven't you sought medical care during your pregnancy?

Well all i will tell you is it very hard to get a docter to see you when you are close to your due date the only thing i can say is the day they said you are due is the day you need to have someone there and lett the person know they need to stay there for two weeks after your due day and you will know if you are close to your day you will have a lot of pain and milk out your breast
