I got a dui in 2009 I was to have interlock ingnition device in car for 1 year. I had got a ticket for driving a car that did not have interlock and now I have probation hearing end of may. I have never violated probation and have complied with everything else. What can I expect? Do I need to have attorney present?

The dates don't make sense - 2009 arrest, interlock for 1 year (through 2010), now it's mid 2011, you have a ticket and you've been cited for violation of probation?
What State? In NY (which is getting tough on DWI/DUI) you can be sentenced to the original term, irrespective of probation.
I would not go without an Attorney and I would expect to lose my driving privileges either way - Attorney or no Attorney.
