Do I still have to continued paying child support, the ages of my son's are 22 years, 23 years and 25 years , every week I send out my money order. Know I apply for the US passport and it has been denied, because know the child support is stating I owed the mother of my son's money. The case was terminated about 7 years ago. Please what can I do, because I really need my passport. Please help me.

Is there a Court Order concerning child support? What does it say? It is highly unusual to pay beyond college age unless there are special circumstances. If the allegation is that this is back support you need to contact the Court that issued the Order and see where this stands.

Ask the Child Support Unit for specific information. Yes, you cannot (in theory) get a Passport if you are on the "deadbeat" list.

Unless the original support order required you to pay until the current ages, then you shouldn't have to pay CONTINUED support. But I suspect you are not paying CONTINUED support, but that you are paying arrears which is why the passport has been denied. And will continue to be denied until the arrears are paid up.

Are you paying past due or late support, if you owed 10 or 20 K and finally started paying back support, can you supply more data
