Was running fine and just quit and won't refire. Its getting plenty of gas now and the float was replaced but now the only problem is that its getting waayyy too much gas and is filling up the whole carb with gas. I've disconnected the fuel line to stop that to try and start it with just a little gas in the carb and still won't get anything. Any idea on this issue? Please any inquiries would be great!

Did you see if and why the needle valve isn't closing and why (gummed up and sticking perhaps?). The float is only part of the system. The float usually doesn't cause a no fuel condition... only a too much fuel condition as it has to float to push the needle valve to turn off.

OK so I adjusted the float and that solved the 'too much'' fuel problem it gets just enough gas but still no fire. I'm thinking I have foaled out the plug from all the flooding.

Likely. Pull the plug out and crank it over a few times then leave it sit for an hour. Put the plug back in then and give it another try.
