I have some questions regarding a GPS program and smartphones opinions.

I like using Ndrive as a Gps program but I can't find a mobile phones compatibility list in their official site anymore. I'm particularly interested in which smartphones with Android OS are compatible with Ndrive. Any idea where to find such a list?

Next, I'd like some opinions about some smartphones I have in mind, but can't decide which to choose.

Sony Ericcson Xperia X10 (It has a great processor, but the internal memory is small, it's Android version 1.6 is outdated and is only upgradable to 2.1 not further and it is pretty big on size)

Motorola Defy (It doesn't have a processor as powerful as X10 but it's good enough for 3D games and the size is more logical. Not sure though about the battery life and if it support GPS like Ndrive).

To give you an idea, I'm looking for a smartphone with a good processor (had a Samsung Galaxy 3 with 600Mhz processor and it didn't go well with 3d games), support GPS programs and getting a fast satellite signal (not problematic antenna like Nokia N95 8Gb), good battery life (not drained in less than a day) and of course a reasonable size (I-Phone, Galaxy S are pretty big and not to my liking).

What's your opinion about those two I chose? I chose them because they come in good price too.
If anyone has other models to suggest please do so.
