For ages, I've been having really weird episodes, where I've been sat in a room, or even in a public place, and everything goes really deep, like all the sounds go a bit more boom-like(If that's even a word :L), and then I seem to look at things in a different way, like all my surroundings seem much more vivid, its just like being hung-over, or being really tipsy, and I find it hard to talk as well, and I sometimes go really hot as well,-Ive told loads of people and the only people that can relate to it is diebetic people, But I know I'm not diebetic, because all my blood-sugar levels are fine. But I did start getting drunk at an early age,(like 10), and Ive hit my loads of times, but I don't get headaches very often,
Any nurses, or anyone with any decent, medical knowladge,Pllleeeease helppp! I'm only 15 cheers X
(OO ye, I also wear glasses, so could it be my dodgey eye-sight)

You've told "loads of people," but have you told a doctor about this?

Sounds like low blood pressure to me!

I have low blood pressure myself and get quite dizzy, sounds are louder & lights brighter - too bright, too loud sometimes then everything starts to get dark, like a tunnel closing in... just before I faint.

Now, because I've had this for a long time, I have learned the warning signs & how to avoid getting to the fainting stage.

If you've been drinking a long time, heavily & binge drinking then your liver will be overworked (big time) & liver is responsible for helping body to expel toxins. The liver, kidneys all work to expel waste & are linked closely with the adrenal glands. If you've been drinking, partying & doing a fair bit of damage to yourself then your adrenal glands will be overworked.

When they're overworked, a situation of minor stress creates an over the top response. This could also be causing your dizzy spells.

So, keep your blood sugar stable by snacking regularly on nuts or dried fruits or something. Have OJ or water on hand for when you feel funny - I generally keep some lollies in my bag so when a turn comes on, I can pop one & I feel fine.

Coffee is good for this too however only in small amounts.

If you're partying a lot, try to drink a bit more water. Your body is trying to tell you something. If you don't listen now, you may suffer a lot more later (trust me on that - I did... it ain't worth it).

Keep your fluids and electrolytes up as well.
