Couple of questions. Is he fixed? Has he always been like this or only after the illness? Does he go for regular walks? Who is he shy around- you, friends, strangers? How is he around other dogs?
The more info you give the better and more accurate advice can be given.

Thank you for your response, he is such a popy 8 months old, he was sick for almost two months, and he wasn't shy before he got sick,in regards of walking... I have a huge 300m2 gardin and yard, and another dog with him all the time is pointer and you know those dogs are runners and playfull, so, I think he gets good walking.
He is shy from everybody even me sometimes, he is good player with other dogs and he is in good friendship with the pointer that I have,
I hope that's this info will help you to help me with my dog.
Thanks and best regards

I would suggest, as I always do, to enroll him in a puppy classes or obedience classes. Obedience classes are a great way for you and your pup to bond, for you to establish yourself as alpha, and for him to build the self confidence he needs to be a well socialized pup.
Fear can turn into aggression... fast. Get him used to people, have friends stop by the house, take him to parks and places where there are other dogs and people. Make sure to offer lots of support and good boy's, offer some treats, make it an enjoyable situation. When someone approaches, keep using the happy tones of voice and using lots of good boy's. Offer a small reward with any good reaction or expected behavior.
