My 5 yr old GE Profile refrigerator water/ice dispenser not working. LED on selector just blinks,cannot change the selection from water-ice etc. I have changed or had changed the main control board 5 times in as many years, and just changed the control board behind the dispenser itself. Otherwise the machine is working properly, making ice just not dispensing it. I checked the FAQ on GE website and shut down power still to no avail. Any help?

Cause was a corroded connecter on bottom of machine under the freezer side.
