My period was a week early and was lighter than normal though I wouldn't say it was just spotting. But it did start as spotting which isn't normal for me. My periods usually come 30-35 days after the day I last ended and this one was about 25 after the day I last started. It stopped after 2/3 days and I was off. Later that night I started spotting very lightly and I didn't put anything on. And then the morning after that was very light spot but neither one lasted but for about a minute or so. I was off for the rest of the day and the next day I had this milky discharge that wasn't a yeast infection and no smell or itch. I still haven't stopped cramping though it isn't often or hard. I don't feel like my bloating has gone down. My nipples are a light pink/light brown color and is hard to get hard. My nipples are a red color and stand up for the most part. They itch very so lightly but is a little sore if I use a seat belt. I took a test the day after the milky discharge and it was straight up negative. I looked online and it said to test around my missed period that most mistake the implantation bleeding for there last period. I am 19 and we use the pull out method and we are OK if we are pregnant. I do feel more tired though I don't just fall asleep. I can stay awake. I have had three people ask me if I was pregnant and I don't think I should be showing even if I am. I have been off my last period/implantation bleeding for about 5/6 days now. I can't describe this feeling but I feel sick to my stomach but my stomach doesn't actually hurt and I haven't thrown up. My breast skin seems to be dry but not really itchy. I have thought I was pregnant because of late periods but never an early one. I have only had an early one one time but I wasn't taking my BC correctly then and I have been off for about a year and a half. Please help?

It may be an off cycle, but give it another week and try another test at that time. Make sure you follow the directions carefully. If negative, see what happens when your period would be due next month. If before that time you feel that you are experiencing possible symptoms, you could test again sooner or see your doctor for a test in the office.

Since you aren't really trying to prevent a pregnancy, it would be wise to be taking a daily multivitamin with at least 400 mcg of folic acid. This can help prevent certain birth defects that occur often before a woman even knows she is pregnant.
Make any other lifestyle changes that you know would be healthy and wise. Sooner or later, there is a chance pregnancy will occur, so best to try and make sure you are in the best possible health prior.

Also my veins show up a lot more. Could that be because of an off cycle? They seem to be showing up more and more as the days pass and it kind makes around my nipples look a little darker.
