We have changed the handle and the flapper in the flush box, and ran a snake down the drain to make sure its not pluged. What else can we do to get it to flush properly?

Also why doesn't it seem like there is enough water getting into the bowl after we flush it, then the next time it flushes properly.

Nota, in the tank, make sure the little hose is in the overflow tube,

That the water level is near the top of the overflow tube,

And the flapper is raising fully,

And then comes the bad part, clean the little holes under the rim of the bowl.
