My boyfiend of almost of two yrs. Is in a bind with mother of his child . She will not let him see his son and he lives in another state . Can he give up his rights? Does he have to pay his back child support? Also can he go back to court and reduce his monthly amount they say he owes? There is more to this story but when I submitted this earlier it did not post. Im not going through all that again? Oh the state his son lives in Michigan and the state my boyfriend lives in is Missouri.

Why do people think they can just throw away a child they created? No he can't give up his rights and yes he does have to pay the support he owes. Why would you want to be with someone who would shirk his responsibilities like that?

What has he done to see his son? Is there a court ordered visitation in place?
