I got and DUI and am going to transfer my CRO program to another county in which I have 14 months to go on unsupervised probation.

Is the transfer of my case to the county that I still have probation left going to violate my probation?

I have already been to court and suspended license for 90 days.

I paid my fines and need to know if I transferred my CRO from St.Clair county in Alabama to Marshall county where I have a previous unsupervised probation for public intoxication if Marshal county can get me for probation violation.:mad::mad:

Have you read this? https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/criminal-law/how-transfer-probation-562513.html

I am reading that the same terms of probation apply when probation is transferred.

Please don't keep opening new threads.

Hello N:

Transferring probation will NOT stop them from violating you.

When you got the new charges and then when you got the new probation did you notify the PO dept in the first county ?

If not, even not telling them will be another violation, having it transferred should not make any difference since you were required to tell them ( as I know you did ?)
