I have no idea why I cry at american idols leaving or winning!! Movies ,TV, when others hurt others.. racial slurrs.. others hurting others... a male at 56!

Asking others about why you cry over certain things is a lot like asking them what your dream meant - you are the best person to answer this question. So.. why do you think you cry?

I can tell you why I think I cry over this and that, but I don't wonder about it much.
Last week I surprised myself by crying while watching a 13 year old winner of a contest about the Constitution. What the heck? I guess I'm glad when I see that the next generation will indeed carry on. Crying over the Freedom Riders of 50 years ago, especially the (now old) white man apologizing to the black John Lewis, that's easy to explain.

Men crying? Happens more than you think, it's just a closely guarded secret.
