I checked all the questions and answers connected with this problem.
My mower worked just last week.
Maybe I have to pull OUT and then lift the switch?
I have the power on, engine in neutral, brake off, clutch in... and I can not flip that
PTO switch so I can mow.

Seat switch! If it does not know someone is seated on the machine, it has to shut down.
