My Kirkland washing machine, manufactured by Whirlpool, will fille with water, but the agitator does not work. The machine makes a funny noise, and trying to manually move the agitator does not make a difference.

Washing machinw will not drain in any cycle. It started not draining the gray water, but got worse and does not drain at all now.
