I have a yellowy bubble beside my nose peiricing and I can't get rid of it. It has happened to be before with a cartlidge piercing on my ear, but being on my ear it didn't bother me too much and it eventually went away.
With a nose piercing being on my face, I desperately want to heal it asap!
I have heard possibly using a general piercing disinfectant spray, but have also heard that this can be too harsh and can make it worse, and salt & water doesn't seem to be doing much.
I have a stud that has a swirly bit on the inside, which keeps coming out of my nostral, so it's hard not to touch it!
Any advice is greatly appreciated...

Did you get this piercing done at a proper piercing studio? If so, you should be consulting them. Doing salt water soaks 2-3 times a day for at least 10 minutes each is important. It will help you handle the inflammation and also make it inhospitable to bacteria. Also, you need to avoid touching the area as much as possible. Washing your hands with iodine soap prior to tending to your nose ring will help cut down on exposure to troublesome bacteria as well. Whoever pierced you should have bent the jewelry to allow for swelling but it should still be snug enough to not fall out. Again, you should consult the piercing studio that did it for you and have then check the jewelry and the piercing.

Being that you had this problem before, it is likely a curiosity that you are prone to (but it does sound like an infection). Just know that you cannot be too careful with your cleansing and hand washing routines. Nose piercings take a while to heal and you can't let up on the soaks too soon. This is a several month commitment, minimum.

Best of luck to you!
