Can my probation officer tell me I can't take a prescbtion that is legally prescbied to meHello rp:

There is no yes or no answer to your question. Depending on LOTS of things, the most important being the breadth of your bank account, they can. In MY county, even those who have a prescription for medical marijuana can get loaded on probation.. YOUR county is different.

Again this is a yes and no answer, can he tell you this, of course, would it stick if you did it and he tried to revolk you and you went before a judge? ( who knows)

Sadly too many doctors will write drugs for all sorts of "pains" and if the PO does not believe you are that hurt or over using the pills, he can. People go to jail for doctor shopping to find doctors to give them prescriptions that are legal if they don't really need them.

So it will be up to you to prove to the judge you really need them.

The hearing, of course, will only happen after he sits in jail for maybe a month. He MIGHT win, but it would be a hollow victory.
