I live in College Park, GA. I have a boyfriend that called the police on me a couple of weeks ago after we had an argument and I asked him to move out and the police told him that because he had been living with me more than 30 days that I would have to serve him an eviction noitice giving him 30 days to move about freely in my house. The officer even told him that he could bring whom ever he wanted to my house and if I tried to stop it I would be arrested. Once he heard that he informed me that he and his girlfriend would be ****ing in my bed that same day. I was pissed and felt violated on the words alone regardless to if there was any truth to them or not. The officer also told him that he had the right to take ANYTHING in my house that he wanted and my only recourse would be to allow him to take whatever and take him to civil court to ask for payment. She even stood there and watched as he tore open the interior door to my garage with a hammer while she informed me that she had the highest arrest record in the county and that if I got in his way she would just lock me up. He has been tonting me and doing anything and everything he wanted and slowly taking things that does not belong to him and it appears that I am forced to just allow him to just violate myself and my house for 30 whole days. Obviously we never had a lease agreement he has lived with me on and off for a little over two years. I also have a major concern because I saw a bookbag filled with what looks and smells like marijuana in my house. I am more than sure that that is not legal but yet with the stupid laws that GA have I have to just take that and hush to because if I say something about it he could claim it belongs to me. If I toss it out he could get violent with me and someone could get hurt. If it is part of a drug deal and he has it for someone else and I trash it I could get killed. Either way I feel violated in a home I purchased and have lived in for the past 12 plus years. He basiclly has not paid any bills and buys no food but will eat daily and they wonder why people sometimes make irrational decisions or end up in jail.
