What are some examples of these two types of Archaebacteria
Methanogers
Thermoacidophile

Use it to look up the other species. I could give you the answer direct but I think you might find it more useful to find it yourself ;0)

Be careful with wikipedia, it's a very good site but don't believe all it says! If you can get your hands on a copy of Brock biology of micro-organisms, its what I use in my degree for all things microbe. Could even try a classification book, you'll find reliable answers there :)

Methanogens produce methane gas of about 2 billion tons, each year, and this is one of the reasons it is harmful to the environment.
And also, they live in swamp,marshes and lakes...
