17hr.b&s.sears rider.mo.917.270711.I have to of the same mo.mowers.one is a doner mower and both ran fine electrecly and worked fine but was burning oil on one,so I swoped engines then all my problems started.First,stater burnt,no fire with the grond on coil,had to jump the selonoid from batt.to starter for it to turn but would not start. Changed wiring harness whit one I know works,new selonoied,changed egnition switch w/one that I know works.o yeah,new stater!I took off the safety switch from the pto to test it,but I don't know how.I do have a dm7c multimeter.please help.
