I bought the wrong color hair dye. My hair ended up purple. So I bleached it out using the stuff Sally Beauty Supply suggested. It ended up yellow and orange. But in quite a few places the bleach would not completely rinse out , still feels gritty. Then I used the blond toner. It was still yellow. So then I used dark auburn brown. Everything looks good and feels good except the spots that are still gritty. By the way I shampooed my hair twice in between each color or bleach. How do I get the bleach and nasty feel out of my hair? P.S. I also cut 8 inches off my hair after the last color.
