I am a new employer, and I would like to know if somebody can tell me where I have to send the money withheld from my employee from NY SDI tax.If there is any Form to be use to do the report.I will appreciate if anybody could give me an idea how to take care this problem. Thank You

You file SUI and SDI together and the state should be sending you the form along with all the other state paperwork to file. How new are you? I haven't done payroll in NY but if I remember correctly, it goes in with other payments, being a very small %.
