I am looking for a movie that I think came out in the 80's or early 90's. It was about a group of enslaved orphans who ran away from their "prison/orphanage." The orphanage was located in a desert. The ages of the kids ranged from around 18 to 9/10. There were two or three boys and one or two girls. The youngest boy was kind of different and he had a magic ball/spirt that he talked to. The kids also wore skates as they ran away. Please help if you can!!
