OK I know it starts in a small town with a teenage blond girl who meets a 18 or 19 yr old "bad boy". They fall in love very quickly & her mom doesn't approve. So they runway together, I think to California. It shows a lot of the hard ships of being a runaway. Im not for sure but I kind of rember the guy as mark-paul gosselaar(zach morris). I have been looking for this movie for about 10 yrs. PLEASE HELP!!
