I may be moving to Portland, Tn and was curious to what the average weather conditions were there? (ex. Snowfall, summer and winter months, and rainfall)

It is VERY hot in the summer. Snowfall is slim in the winter, there have been a few snowfalls in the past few years, but snow isn't common here. We are in the rainy season now.
