Never have missed a period I am 30 years old always on 28 day cycle 3-4 days long. I had a one day period and other symptoms causing me to think I may be pregnant. I apparently conceived two weeks later and had no period the next month. What caused the first period to be off on exactly the same month that I became pregnant?

A coincidence perhaps. If a period is going to be off, there has to be a first time.

Could it be possible you were already pregnant before the last period? How far along are you? Have you had an ultrasound?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound on April 15 saying I am 7 weeks along making my conception 2 weeks after my odd period when I thought I may be pregnant. Could my body have been getting ready to be pregnant?
