What does it mean when it feels like there is a spirit in your body with you and you see visions pleas some one help me I need to know

Can you go into more detail please? Why specifically do you feel there is another spirit inside of you? What sort of visions are you seeing? At night? While awake? The more info, the better we can respond here. Thank you.

I feel me and something else in my body with me it don't hurt me but it just takes me to visions and like a couple days ago it made my whole body go numb and I just started twitching and I don't know it just scares me please help me

You said it doesn't hurt you... certainly you don't think this thing taking over your body like this is BENEFICIAL? I'd say go get checked out by a doctor first and foremost. You need to find out if you are having seizures. Please elaborate on these "visions". When and where do you have them? What is happening during this visions?

I can't always remember them but they just take me to like other places

It just takes me to my boyfriend and what he is doing and it shows my biggest fear and it just started about 2 days ago. It just seems to go to my fears

As with any thing there can be both physical in this realm reasons, and you need a complete physcial to see if there is stress or issues that can cause your mind to be doing this.

If there really is something in you... which, of course, just judging by these couple comments I cannot verify... is there anything you can think of that may have opened a door?
