My thermostat is chirping. I think it has something to do with timing. Batteries are new, fuse is new. I live in a handicapped unit of a condo. I have fire alarms in all rooms but only 2 chirp. What am i missing. Please advise asap

Here is what I would do:
First, replace the batteries in your fire alarms. The chirping indicates a low battery. (I also had one that chirped with a good battery--and I had to replace the alarm itself to fix). Definitely replace the fire alarm batteries--for safety as well as eliminating the annoying beeps. I know from personal experience that it is difficult to track down the exact location a beep is coming from.

Does your thermostat make any noise during normal operation... that is, beeps when you press buttons to adjust the temperature? Most thermostats I am familiar with do not, and therefore do not have a beeper in them. However, if your thermostat does beep, I would replace the batteries in it (a second time) just to make sure that is not the issue.

If you still have the beep problem, let us know how frequently the beeps occur, the model number of your thermostat, etc.

Best of luck,
