I have one child he is 6 years old. Already big and in school. I have been trying to have another child for the past 7 months and no success. Since oct. 2010 my period has been irregular. Never been like this before. What can I do to help me have more success to have another baby?

It can be a lot of factors. Age, menstrual cycle, fertility, etc. Best if you consult with your ob-gyne so he/she can give you advice on your situation.

Thank you. I'm only 22 I'm sure the age can't be the problem but I guess my OB GYN will know more then anything. Thanks

Keep in mind that it takes the average couple 1 - 2 years to conceive. Seven months really isn't that long.

Of course you should see your doctor if you're concerned, but at this stage in the game it's unlikely that he'll do any testing. Also, you have another child, so there's no reason to think that you're infertile.

I personally wouldn't worry too much until you've at least been actively trying for a year, or more.

Good luck.

See your doctor - it's a good idea anyway because a lot of OB/GYNs recommend starting prenatal vitamins when you start trying to get pregnant, and can also instruct you on how to improve your chances by tracking your fertility, etc.
