You say you know he's cheating - what if it is company policy to erase numbers? You must have more evidence than that? Spying isn't the way to deal with this.
BUT you should start saving a little each week from house expenses. Have the statements sent somewhere else if you want. No stay at home mother should be without a dime. Do babysitting or start a home based business.
