If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is likely distributor related. Did you install a new genuine Honda distributor? Over 50% of new aftermarket distributors for Hondas don't work at AMHD. Many of the others are not reliable and perform poorly.
It really sounds like a bad Ignition Control Module (ICM). Ensure that the ICM and coil are new, not just some old replacements that were laying around. Basically, I suggest installing a new ICM and coil in your current distributor. If the problem persists, install your new ICM and coil in a new genuine Honda distributor housing. It should be a simple problem to solve.

I tried these things and same thing. Could it be ecm or main relay?

If the CEL comes on and goes off normally, the ECM is likely fine. Check the ignition switch for wear or pitting. Yes, the main relay could be to blame--I recommend replacing them every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.

The cel comes on and goes off normally. I took apart ignition switch is good and I bypassed it to duble check so I will change main relay and get back and thank you for your help.

If the problem persists, check each cylinder's compression. Did the engine ever overheat?

No the engine never overheated. Compression good. Replaced ecm and main relay this car is driving me crazy. For a few months would drive fine then die well driving. Now it runs five seconds to 15 seconds depending then chugs and dies then if you hit throttle supper fast off and on it will pick up rpm thenchoke and die again? Please help going crazy? Could the fuel pump that was replaced do that and or fuel relay?
Again thank you and god bless you for your help.
Thank you Brett is there any way to talk on the phone?

Try cleaning the main ECM ground, a 3-wire brass connector located on the thermostat housing.
I doubt that it is fuel related at all. I still suspect it has to do with the distributor--ICM, coil, or distributor housing. Ensure the distributor housing is made by Honda (and not too old) and that you have installed new spark plugs (NGK only) in the last 3 years.
