File a non-resident tax return for 2010 with MA, showing $0 income from MA sources and the amount of tax that was withheld. You should get a full refund. You'll have to do the same in January of 2012 to get a refund of tax incorrectly withheld in 2011. I trust your employer has corrected this mistake so that no future withholding of MA tax will occur, right?
