OK so I'm 14 weeks pregnant. The father cheated on me with another girl and every time I try to talk to him he argues. He needs help. He's still in denial. His cell number is >Removed< call or text him evn on a block or private call to talk to him and explain to him the importance of being a father.

He knows the importance of being a father, and he's scared stiff.
I'm sorry, but you are going to have to assume that you will be a single mother, and make arrangements appropriately. It's possible that when he has had time to get over the shock, he may be ready to assume his responsibilities, but until that happens, you can't count on his support.
However, he still has a financial obligation to his child. As soon as the baby is born, start proceedings to get him to pay support.

You are 16, he is 17, he isn't ready to be a father, just as you are not ready to be a mother. You both need your parents to guide you through this.

Just tell him that if he wants to be a loser his entire life, then so be it. But if he doesn't want that, then he needs to man up and take care of what he created. Otherwise, he is just an ******* (sorry).

His legal problems are not over. Since you were underage when you conceived he is guilty under
Chapter 265: Section 23 Rape and abuse of child
Section 23. Whoever unlawfully has sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse, and abuses a child under sixteen years of age shall, for the first offense, be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years, or, except as otherwise provided, for any term in a jail or house of correction, and for the second or subsequent offense by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years, but not less than five years; provided, however, that a prosecution commenced under the provisions of this section shall not be placed on file or continued without a finding.
Its not clear whether someone would have to press charges or whether the hospital will have to report it when the child is born.
