Hi, today I went to the mall. After awhile of walking around, my achille's tendon began to hurt very badly. So badly I can barely put weight on it. It occurred after I jumped off a giant flower pot thing. I can still walk on it, it just hurts badly. My mom thinks I may have ruptured it, but can anyone else give me any ideas?

Other information -

Its swelling a little. Not a lot.
I was wearing flip flops.

Go to a doctor or physio and get it checked out and treated. A torn achille's tendon is not something to mess with.

Most things do heal if ignored for long enough, but an untreated injury like this can happen again and again and again unless you get proper treatment and learn how to prevent it happening again.
