I have a Maytag model MDE9306AYW and it is making a terrible high-pitched squeak. What could be causing this?

See this link for a exploded parts diagram. It could be any one of a few items usually items that are tied into the drum movement or the drum support structure parts. The problem from here is that I cannot look at or hear where the noise is emanating from.

Spray some lubricant on the possible causes and see if it stops the squeaking. Then you will know what needs to be replaced. DrTom4444
