Hi! I'm looking for an old action movie where one guy happens to have an extraterrestrial gadget attached to his neck so that he can make a cool alien like armor that he fights bad gyus with. I know that there is a sequel. But I can't remember the title of the movie. It could be begin with M, Mc or Mac. Thanks for the help!
