How would oxycodone show up on a urine test if you have only took hydrocodone?? I'm on other meds but it doesn't seem like that would have any effect? An this has happened twice!!

Does not matter anyway, all you need to do is provide them a copy of the prescription from your doctor

Oxycodone is similar in structure to hydrocodone. On some immunoassays, initial screening tests that are based on antibody-antigen reaction, the chance of cross-reactivity is around 30%. More precise confirmatory tests, GC/MS or equivalent, would easily distinguish. The testing facility should be aware of this potential.
