Hello R:
Why do you think the table is collectible? Just because it's shaped like the Bat Signal?? You say it's hand made, but I can't see the construction details, or the workmanship. I don't know the name of the builder or whether he has a reputation.. I don't know if it's old.
So, unless you can convince me otherwise, I'd say it's a nice table, probably worth a couple hundred bucks.

I agree with excon. It looks very nice, but I don't think that it would, generally speaking, be termed "collectable".
It might, though, have significant value to someone.
My suggestion would be to list it on Craigslist or eBay at a very high price and see how it goes.
Keep lowering the price until you find a buyer... and at that point you will find out what it is worth.

Whatever the market bears and how badly someone wants it.

Soory Ray but I have a slightly lower estimate for the table. From the picture posted I would say that it could be duplicated in any wood shop or high school woods class for under $30. Nothing special and it apeears some cuts were made free hand with a jig saw. However, if you find someone who has a child into super hero's that persom may be willing to pay more simply to link with the child's special interest.
