I have two dogs, a 5 year old Havanese and a 3 year old ****zou Maltese. They were housebroken but in the past 6 months they've both been peeing all over the house. I walk them often and they have a huge back yard to run around in. I scold them and put them outside when I catch them but it's not stopping. I am at my wits end. They have ruined carpeting in two rooms and are working on others.

Have they been checked out to make sure it is not a physical problem? Have there been any changes in the household or routine? Are they males and are they neutered?
Unaltered males will mark their terrotoray and am unsure of what you do for that.
You may have to start with the puppy training all over. Crate them when you can not watch them. Out for pee breaks after waking up, 30 min after feeding. If they do go in the house put them outside. Praise Praise Praise when they do go outside. Clean the areas they go with a good enzyme cleaner so the odor is gone.

I think you have to potty train them, but in the mean time I will see if I can find some information for you to work with. I also think the you need to take them to see the Vet for some expertise and much need help. Good luck.

We have two male dogs... and we would like to have them as house dogs... but every time we bring them in one pees then the other one pees in the same spot... if we get them fix will this stop...
