In September I had unprotected sex, I took over 7 tests and went to the doctor. All negative. My doctor put me on birth control and I started bleeding uncontrollably. So she took me off it so if you do not count that one haven't had a period in 7 months almost 8 months. I have not had stress or anything. I recently have been having really bad pains in my lower abdomand and back pains. The pain starts sharp and gets worse then subsides. I've had head aches and nausea. I have gianed weight about 10 to 15 but ido not look pregnant. I am a bigger girl and udrmy "fat' its really hard... I am very worried something's else may be wrong. Does anyone have any idea if I am or what I should do, and I am going to the doctor soon but I don't know how much more of the pain I can take.

How soon are you going to see the Doctor? Yes, if you haven't had a period in 8 months and are in pain you need to see someone.

I doubt you are pregnant - particularly after 7 HPs and a visit to the Doctor. It could be anything or nothing.

Only a Physician who examines you can diagnose this.

While it is rare, it can happen where someone is pregnant and doesn't know it until late in the pregnancy or even until they go into labor.

Did you see your doctor about not having periods for the last 7 months? Did you ever try another pregnancy test in that time? Were you always regular with your periods before September of last year? Do you have a history of ovarian cysts?

You could certainly try a pregnancy test now. The pain, and lack of periods, can be from other causes... which would be more likely than pregnancy at this point.

See your doctor as soon as you are able to. If you feel the pain you are experiencing can't wait, be seen at an urgent care center or the emergency room.
