What's your question?
Dreams are just our imagination. Most people have many dreams every night, most of them we don't even remember.
Dreams don't spoil your health.
I really don't understand what you're asking for, what you need help with.

Your dreams are from the sub-conscious part of your mind. From what you say here you seem to have a personal problem that you need a solution for. I believe the people in your dreams are representative of yourself.
The best dream solution I have learned was when I was taught dream therapy. All you have to do is after you awake from a dream try to replay the dream in your own mind, or write it out. Go over the dream a number of times, and each time pretend you are a person in your dream. Write down how this person (you) is feeling. Tell the dream from THEIR point of view. Once you start doing that for each person in your dreams things will begin to make sense. There will be a common thread. You should even do the same for any inanimate objects that seem to stand out - for instance, if someone is sitting in a chair, after you be the person and retell the dream and describe their feelings; then be the chair and do the same thing.
I know it sounds foolish but it works! Give it a try and please let me know how it works out for you.

The problem is, every dream wants an decision. For that I have to think lot and got tension if not get a suitable decision and wakeup. After that I will sleep after one or two hour only.

Before you go to sleep, ask your dream to provide the solution. If you wake and don't know what the decision is, again tell yourself that your dreams will sort it out. Don't stress over it all and let your sub-conscious do the work. Soon it will be clear.
Always remember that your dreams are the closest thing to your real self that there is. If you find that your dreams are disturbing or stressful then it is a reflection of your inner soul. It is up to you to drive the disturbing or stressful thoughts/feelings out by making a conscious choice to be happy and healthy and fill your life with good thoughts and deeds. If you are unable to do so, perhaps a therapist would be able to help. It is the power of the spirit within us when we are awake that helps make our dreams pleasing.
Good Luck!
