Having some charging problems out of my 91 accord. Both alternator and battery are good. I'm trying to find the charging relay above the fuse box under dash.. don't know which one it is. Any help?

Never heard of a charging relay.
The Main Relay on your car is located under the dash, left of the steering column (hidden by the silver cruise control box, which needs to be removed).

Well here's my problem.I was driving the other day and it started jerking and jumping and I was pulling up to a red light and I heard like a fuse pop. But loud as hell. And I stopped and it shut off. Wouldn't crank back up but all the lights worked. And I put some cables on it and it crunk right up... now it won't stop jerking and all... what could that be? The battery won't stay charged. But its putting thirteen volts out. And the alt is putting out 15..

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:
